Since the first viewings of Black Panther critics and fans alike have heralded Erik Killmonger as one of the greatest superhero villains of all time. Some have even compared his performance to Heath Ledgers’ iconic portrayal of The Joker. And while Chadwick Boseman does a great job portraying King T’Challa/Black Panther it is Michael B. Jordan’s performance that utterly steals the show and he ultimately is the heart and soul of the film.
To think he was dead was beyond disappointing, especially considering that he had so much more to offer. Well, it looks like he may not be dead after all. Watch this.
O. M. G!!!!! This is such GREAT news! I always figured Killmonger wasn’t dead and even though this isn’t an official confirmation it’s still very, very exciting. Yay!
Would you love to see Erik Killmonger return for the Black Panther sequel? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.
I thank you for reading and I hope you have a phenomenal day.
If you’ve read my blog recently you will know that Mission: Impossible-Fallout was my favorite film of 2018 and for good reason. Yes, there were fantastic films like Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War, Solo: A Star Wars Story and A Quiet Place, but this latest Misson: Impossible movie stood out among its great-movie-brethren because it was, in a word, amazing. From beginning to end this movie sends its viewers on a rollercoaster ride unlike any other with twists and turns, dips and dives, and by the film’s conclusion it leaves you breathless but wanting more.
After obtaining it on Blu-Ray I had a fetish for the film, watching it over and over again because I just couldn’t get enough. I even revisited the two films before it–Ghost Protocol and Rogue Nation–because I was enjoying the franchise so much. Then I got tired and stopped watching it for a little while…until last night.
I was bored, I needed a good movie to watch, and as I rummaged through films on Hulu there was nothing that looked appealing. Bing, goes the lightbulb above my head. I’ll watch Mission: Impossible-Fallout, I say to myself. And I did. And yet again I was blown away.
I know I’ve said it time and time again but this movie is perfect. It really is. Why is it perfect you may ask? Well, I’ll give a quick rundown on the reason why this is clearly one of the best action films of all time.

Poe seated himself in the cockpit of a blue and white X-Wing, immediately preparing the ship for takeoff.
“Are you ready, buddy?”
BB-8 trilled a response. Poe smiled as he put on his black and orange helmet.
“Then let’s do this.”
He launched the X-Wing forward, turning steeply to the right as he noticed in his peripheral vision four Resistance cruisers heading toward space.

When the Avengers: Endgame trailer debuted nearly two months ago it was met with feverish excitement, ultimately becoming the most viewed trailer in a single day with 289 million! views. Since then, there has been no other news of the film but with the Super Bowl less than a week we very well may be getting another trailer for Avengers: Endgame quicker than we may think.
Think about it.
The Super Bowl is one of the most televised events in the country. Millions of viewers’ eyes will be plastered on their variously sized screens for over three hours of entertainment. It’s during this event that companies blow us away with exciting commercials and brand new movie trailers. Disney has already bought a ton of slots to debut some of their most anticipated films and that means there surely will be an Avengers: Endgame trailer. But with Disney knowing that a bunch of people has already seen the first trailer and with the film arriving in less than three months doesn’t it seem right to release a new trailer to get people even more pumped for this movie?
It doesn’t even have to be a long trailer. It can be brief. But to see something new from the movie would just be AWESOME!
Do you think there should be a new trailer for Avengers: Endgame during the Super Bowl? I thank you for reading and I hope you have a beautiful day.
Storming the Base
Captain Phasma piloted her craft–a modified TIE fighter with chrome finishes on the wings and equipped with even more weapons–through the dense fog surrounding the Resistance base. Surrounding her was her own personal squadron, a slew of TIE fighters whose pilots’ training she had personally overseen.
Through the blanket of white mist covering everything in sight appeared a massive mountain blazing with cannon fire. It was the Resistance base. TIE fighters tried desperately to attack the mountain’s defenses but they were plucked from the sky with ease, tumbling to their deaths in the hidden depths below.
Captain Phasma was disgusted by her army’s lack of understanding of how to destroy the Resistance. Yes, the Resistance was curled up in their little hole like the weaselly rodents that resided on her home planet, Parnassos but like on Parnassos she knew how to expose rodents.
