Yesterday I wrote a spoiler-free review of this week’s latest episode of Star Wars: Resistance but I enjoyed it so much I wanted to delve into some of the episode’s most interesting plot points and what they could mean for the show’s future.

MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD! If you have not watched the newest episode of Resistance and you’d rather not know the episode’s contents I advise you to discontinue reading now. Thank you for heeding this warning. 🙂

She stood at the top of a steep hill and much to his great shock, alongside her stood Kylo Ren. He couldn’t believe his eyes. How had he found the island? What was he doing with Rey? And how had Luke not felt his presence? Then she turned, her searing gaze falling on Luke’s, and Kylo Ren dematerialized.

Luke blinked. Had he been seeing things? It was unlikely that he would hallucinate such a sight.

“Rey,” he gasped.
