‘Captain Marvel’ Is Coming Out Tomorrow!!!

Tomorrow, wow, well, for a lot of people, it’s coming out tonight but, Captain Marvel is officially coming out TOMORROW! Oh my goodness, this is amazing. For months I have been waiting for this moment and wow, it’s upon us. Yippee! So, today’s post is the last of my ten-day countdown. Woo, exciting. Next thing you’ll know I’ll be conducting a ten-day countdown for Avengers: Endgame. *squeal*

Picture of the Day:

Carol Danvers proves why she is a hero worth fearing as she transforms into this glowing being of extreme power in this fascinating picture.

Poster of the Day:

Is she powerful? This poster says it all.

Character of the Day: Carol Danvers

Captain Marvel is the first Marvel heroine to headline her own movie and that must mean her personality is not only lovable but somewhat inspiring as well. When we see her appear on the screen she commands your respect, proving that she’s a hero worth standing alongside the likes of Robert Downey Jr’s Iron Man. Whether that’s true, I’m not certain, but I am definitely very excited to follow her journey for the many years to come.

With Captain Marvel Coming Out Tomorrow, What Am I Most Excited For?

I’m a fan of visiting the movie theaters and so I can’t wait to get my ticket, settle down in my comfy seat with a bag of popcorn, drink my soda, watch the exciting trailers, and prepare to have the first thrilling experience of the year in the movie theaters. That’s going to be SO FUN!!!!

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a great day.

‘Maleficent: Mistress of Evil’ Has a Poster

You may remember Maleficent when it first came out in 2014. It was a revised version of the classic Disney animated film, Sleeping Beauty, instead focusing on Maleficent’s story and featuring Princess Aurora as a co-star. Now, five years later, Disney is introducing a sequel to Maleficent which, to my great surprise, made over $700 million dollars worldwide. Disney released the poster yesterday. Here it is.

The poster is simply stunning, in a dark villainous sort of way. The fact that Disney is bringing this movie out in mid-October hints that they may take a scarier approach with this film, choosing to highlight Maleficent’s darker nature.

With this post being released I’m sure we’ll see the teaser any day now. I hope it’s as beautiful as this poster.

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a lovely day.

‘Incredibles 2’ At Home

As a child, I was a fan of The Incredibles, watching the movie nearly every day. I was one of the millions of people who went to see it last year in the movie theaters and I have been waiting to finally watch it for a second time on Netflix. Well, I watched it last night and so, naturally, I had to share my experience. Enjoy!

When I think of Incredibles 2 I break it into three movies.

There’s Elastigirl’s movie which is riveting as she takes on the disturbing antagonist, the Screenslaver. Her action scenes are phenomenal, the Screenslaver is a worthy villain, and Elastigirl gets her awesomeness highlighted immensely.

And then there’s the other movie featuring the rest of the Incredibles family, including the laughable evolution of Jack Jack’s powers. This side of the story is nowhere near as interesting as Elastigirl’s portions of the film but it still manages to delight in various ways.

My Version of The Last Jedi: Chapter Thirty-Five

Luke Returns to the Fight

Colonel Ornvam sprinted to the window as the bridge blared red with alarms. He slammed his hands on the wall.

“What in the galactic sheelfihte is going on?” he asked.

“Something is hurtling to the ship really, really fast,” a female officer said with a panicked voice.

Ornvam didn’t respond.

“Sir?” she asked.

Ornvam didn’t reply because he saw what was coming. A beam of golden-white light was zooming through space from the surface of the planet straight for his ship. He closed his eyes just as the light overwhelmed and destroyed the Talibate.
