I’m sure you saw the title of this post and said, “What?! Sonic the Hedgehog has a movie?!” Yes, he’s got a movie that’s coming this November and the first trailer just dropped. And, to be honest, it’s not that bad. Here it is.
First off, love the song choice for the trailer. Secondly, I am LOVING the casting. Jim Carrey as the iconic Dr. Ivo Robotnik is amazing. He’s one of those characters that you recognize instantly and seeing him in this trailer put a massive smile on my face.
Will this movie be good? Probably not. But it definitely looks like a fun film to watch this fall.

Oh my goodness, I LOVE Sonic’s music. Green Hill Zone is easily one of my favorite pieces of music for a game of all time. But Gangsta’s Paradise is pretty awesome too!
