A Sudden Announcement

Hello, readers on this beautiful Wednesday. For the past twenty days, I have shared with you twenty chapters in this Qi’ra series but today is the last chapter I will share for a while.

You see, this new project I’ve started, The Dark Knight Lives, has absolutely crushed my self-inspiration for the Qi’ra series and while I would love to share more of this story with you all I would only be hurting the journey by delivering half-hearted content. So yes, Qi’ra is on pause for quite some time. I may continue this story sometime later this year or it may return early next year.

Whatever the case, I thank you all for reading this series and following Qi’ra’s personal journey every day and I’m thrilled to one day finish it for you, in the right way.

I hope you have a splendid day and May the Force be with you. 😊

‘The Dark Knight Lives’ Gets Its First Poster

If you were not aware this September I will be sharing with you a new fanfiction series focusing on what would essentially be the unknown fourth film in The Dark Knight Trilogy. As a fan of Christopher Nolan’s interpretation of The Dark Knight, I wanted to breathe a bit of life into the story that he created but I feel didn’t finish. When The Dark Knight Rises ends I want more and this is a way of sharing my vision of that next step Christopher Nolan and Warner Bros./Legendary Entertainment didn’t take.

Throughout the month I will share with you six original posters designed specifically for this new story featuring the series’ most important heroes and villains and, as is obvious from the title of this post, a poster has arrived. So, here it is.

Yes, it’s Harley Quinn. I’m so excited to bring this maniacal character to life in this story. With The Joker being the prominent villain in The Dark Knight it makes sense to bring Harley Quinn, who has actually become one of my favorite comic book characters, into this dark world we call Gotham.

Her bubbly energy is so apparent on this poster but the colors immediately signal that something is very, very wrong with this picture. Oh my goodness, I can’t wait for you to read this story!

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a wonderful day.
