The Dark Knight Lives (TWENTY-TWO)

Commissioner Gordon gazed at the pale woman who was sitting across from him in the interrogation room, smiling profusely at him. He wasn’t smiling back. He vaguely knew who she was. After The Joker escaped from Arkham Asylum there were rumors that a doctor helped him. That doctor thus became known as Harley Quinn; a crazed fanatic who was a wrecking machine of death.

A Movie Ranking: Sylvester Stallone

Sylvester Stallone is one of my favorite people in Hollywood for his outstanding works in cinema. From his Oscar-worthy performances as an actor, his incredible skill at storytelling, and his attention to detail in directing, Sylvester “Sly” Stallone is an amazing person and clearly someone who inspires me to believe that one day my own work may be recognized in a similar fashion.

Today, for this week’s A Movie Ranking, I had to rank all of the films I’ve seen with the one-and-only Stallone in the mix. Enjoy!

12. Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over

Zoe Kravitz Will Play Catwoman in ‘The Batman’

Zoe Kravitz, known for her roles in films and television series like Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald and Big Little Lies, will join Matt Reeves’ take on the iconic superhero, Batman, in 2021’s The Batman as Catwoman. Yes, Catwoman.

Fantastic actresses like Michelle Pfeiffer and Anne Hathaway have brought this character to life in dazzling ways. In fact, Catwoman is one of my favorite comic book characters because of their remarkable portrayals of this anti-hero.

I can’t wait to see how Zoe Kravitz takes this character into her own and creates her own iconic rendition of the feline jewel thief.

“So,” she said quietly enough where only Tobias could hear, “I assume you like your new partners, Han and Chewbacca.”

He gave her a sidelong glance. “They’re alright,” he said with a shrug.

“Why them?” she asked. “What are you trying to gain?”

His blond eyebrows scrunched. “I’m not sure I understand what you’re implying.”

They began to walk up the long stone staircase that led to The Lodge. Continue reading If Only She Could Tell the Truth: Part 4
