Okay, the latest episode of The Mandalorian was spectacular. Absolutely spectacular. The chapter was utter perfection from the very first second to the last second and its subject material has left plenty of Star Wars fans salivating. Today, I’m going to share my thoughts on that thrilling chapter and what it may mean for the future of this series.

Each season of The Mandalorian has those few episodes that leave me stunned after its conclusion. This week was one of those weeks. This review isn’t going to be elaborate because honestly, I’m still recuperating from the awesomeness that I just witnessed. I will say this though.
The episode is undoubtedly one of the best to date. It was utter perfection with some literally tear-inducing surprises. Next week’s episode could be quite the doozy. Mando is fantastic. A recurring question that I had about Mando’s helmet-wearing rule has finally been answered in full. And yeah, the Frog aliens are some of my favorite in all of Star Wars.
This is the freaking WAY!
I thank you for reading and I hope you have a spectacular day.
A couple of months ago it was announced that Rosario Dawson would play Ahsoka Tano in the second season of The Mandalorian. The news ran rampant across the internet but it was never confirmed by LucasFilm or Dawson herself so I never put full confidence in the announcement. A few weeks later, it was announced that Katee Sackhoff who voices Bo-Katan Kryze in the cartoons, would be reprising the role of the character in The Mandalorian as well. This announcement I believed even less and I have maintained a sense of skepticism since…until I just so happened to go see the cast of The Mandalorian for Season 2.
IMDb is very trustworthy. They don’t give in to the rumors and put an actor on the cast list unless it’s true that those actors are actually going to be in the film or show. This means, at sometime during this season of The Mandalorian, we WILL get to see Bo-Katan Kryze and Ahsoka Tano. And when that happens, I am going to lose it! 😆
I thank you for reading and I hope you have a tremendous day. May the Force be with you, always.
As fans of pop culture, my sister and I are always on top of the latest Marvel and Star Wars news and sometimes we like to conceptualize certain actors as certain characters or versions of our favorite characters that we’d like to see in the future. Such as Captain America with a beard. I had been waiting for the moment when our perfectly-shaven Cap would finally head into the rugged department with a beard and sure enough he finally got one in Avengers: Infinity War. I still remember seeing Cap with a beard for the first time in the teaser trailer. To say I was elated was an understatement.
So now, we’re taking our concepts to life in the form of my sister’s ever impressive art for this brand new series of mine, A Cool Concept.
Last week, there was news that Katee Sackhoff (the voice of Bo-Katan Kryze in both The Clone Wars and Star Wars: Rebels) would play Bo-Katan in live-action for the second season of The Mandalorian. So, naturally, my sister had to paint an idea of what that could look like. Here it is. Continue reading A Cool Concept: Bo-Katan and Ezra Bridger
