I love alternate movie posters and this is both haunting and dazzling at once. This sequence is the heart of the film and the perfect scene to capture for this fantastic poster.

My Top 5 Favorite Songs from ‘Frozen’ and ‘Frozen II’

I will be the first to tell you, I’m a Disney fanatic and that means I LOVE the songs as well. I know a whole bunch of them, I love to memorize them and sing them while doing household activities, and I just simply love Disney songs.

Frozen and Frozen II has some of the best songs in the franchise, surprisingly rivaling even the songs of the classic animated Disney movies with tunes that feel modern, powerful, and beautiful/fun to listen to. After my second viewing of Frozen II the other day I knew I had to share with you my favorite songs from both films. So, with no further delay, here’s my ranking.

5. In Summer

Frozen and Frozen II have powerful and often dramatic songs that harbor a sense of sadness mingled with hope but Olaf’s songs are simply fun and funny and sometimes that’s all you need. Continue reading My Top 5 Favorite Songs from ‘Frozen’ and ‘Frozen II’

Who’s Your Favorite Disney Princess?

Disney princesses have become a staple in American children’s lives. If you have a girl it’s pretty likely that they’ve seen a Disney princess movie and have a favorite Disney princess. I know I did as a child. My favorite princess was Jasmine.

And even as one gets older the love of these characters never fades. So, this week’s segment of Who’s Your Favorite will focus on the lovely Disney princesses that have spanned generations. Enjoy!

 Cinderella

Cinderella was a humble girl, living with her three mean stepsisters and her cruel stepmother. She was always treated poorly, never allowed pretty dresses and having to serve them. But she never complained and her goodness begot her a miraculous occurrence; meeting her fairy godmother.

I’m sure you know the rest of the story and it is a beautiful one. Cinderella would end up living happily ever after with newlywed husband, Prince Charming, and she would never have to endure the ugly actions of her stepsisters and stepmother ever again.

‘Frozen II’ Delivers An Expectedly Good Official Trailer

Frozen II is the big event six years in the making and the official trailer for the film has arrived on the first day of fall. Check it out.

What makes this trailer so enticing is that it still doesn’t convey what’s going on in this movie. Something’s happening to Arendelle, Elsa is being called by a mysterious voice, and our beloved heroes are on an adventure that will take them to new places and meet new people.

The main thing that impressed me about this trailer was the fact that it didn’t convey who the villain of the film is. Yes, there was a giant rock monster but there’s something dark at work here and it’s going to cause a lot of obstacles for these characters.

All in all, this should be a pleasing film to watch during Thanksgiving.

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a lovely day.
