‘Dune’ and ‘Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’ Get New Posters

It’s getting closer to seeing more and more of these highly-anticipated movies and the hype is very real. Here are two more posters for two films I’m very excited about.

Two nice posters on a Monday.

I’m Back!

Hello dear readers, yes, I am back. It feels like I haven’t written in forever because for the past week I have been under the weather but I am feeling so much better and ready to get back into the flow of things.

So, since I’ve missed some stuff this week, here’s the catchup session.

Wow, Awkwafina has a bow in this movie. So she’s actually going to be a part of the action scenes. Cool!

The First Poster for ‘Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’ Is Here

Shang-Chi‘s marketing is ramping up and now we’ve got our first official poster. Unfortunately, the poster’s got some mixed reactions among the fandom and for good reason.

This poster pretty much looks like a plain photoshop job which is very disappointing, to be honest. I like the idea of The Mandarin looming over his son, Shang-Chi, in the poster but their smaller selves at the bottom of the poster just looks offputting. It’s messing up the flow of the poster and the dark, muted colors aren’t helping matters.

There have been some great posters for Marvel Studios’ recent work but this ain’t it. I hope the character posters and later posters are better than this.

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a wonderful day.

The Official Trailer for ‘Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’ Is Here!

There are certain Marvel characters that everyone knows about. Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Hulk, Spider-Man. Then there are the characters that are lesser known to us. Shang-Chi is definitely one of those characters but that is about to change.

Ever since this movie was announced I was excited but now, after this newest trailer, I’m even more excited. Check it out.

The first thing I have to mention about this movie is how gorgeous it is. The colors, the cinematography, it’s truly outstanding and immersive in a literally beautiful way.

Secondly, this movie is undoubtedly going to have some of the best action scenes in the MCU because…duh.

Third, there are three awesome sightings in this trailer; that dragon in the water, (there’s going to be a dragon in this movie, people!), the return of Abomination, and Wong is going to be in here too.

Marvel Studios just doesn’t seem to fail.

What did you think about the trailer? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below.

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a fantastic day.

The Teaser Trailer for ‘Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’ Has Dropped

Yes, the Disney+ series have kind of made us forget how fun it is to sit in a theater and experience a Marvel Studios movie in full but we will soon remember the joy of such an experience with the arrival of Black Widow. And now we’ve got the teaser trailer for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and I’ve got to say, I’m pumped! Here it is.

Marvel Studios just can’t stop, won’t stop. Now we are being introduced to a new hero in Shang-Chi, Master of Kung Fu, but this isn’t your typical kung fu movie. It’s a Marvel superhero film which means we’re going to be seeing some downright jaw-dropping action scenes that can only be described as 🔥.

I think what impressed me the most about this trailer, besides the glimpse at what looks like probably some of the best action sequences in Marvel history, is the cinematography. There’s green and blue, purple and yellow, so many colors, so many settings, and yes, I think I saw a giant lion creature.

Marvel is about to deliver us a vision of kung fu superhero style and I just can’t wait to see this film and laugh at Awkwafina as she finds herself enthralled in this fascinating adventure. It’s going to be fun.

And in case that wasn’t enough, here’s the teaser poster.

Marvel Studios decided to drop this trailer on Simu Liu’s birthday, thus shocking the crap out of him. Look at his tweets.

What a treat for this guy who has the chance to not only become an Avenger but maybe even a little iconic. We’ll see.

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a fantastic day.

Which MCU Installment Am I Most Excited For Next?

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is almost over but that doesn’t mean our time with Marvel is coming to a close anytime soon. In fact, we’ve got seven new installments to the franchise that we still have yet to see; Loki, Black Widow, What If…?, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Hawkeye, The Eternals, and Spider-Man 3.

Yeah, that’s a lot…and I am excited! But what am I most excited to see next? Well, it’s almost hard to choose isn’t it?

Loki is pretty much the most chaotic character in the MCU, specifically 2012 Loki. He’s conniving, mischievous, and downright dastardly. And now we’re about to get a Disney+ series featuring this guy and all of his shenanigans. It’s hard not to get excited about a chance to see more with this lovable villain and wherever this series could take us narratively. But is this the next MCU installment that I’m most excited about? I’m not quite sure.

Black Widow is finally coming to theaters and it feels like this movie is going to be quite a ride. It’s definitely going to be action-packed. It’s going to be more emotional than most people may anticipate. And we’re finally going to get the chance to resolve Natasha’s journey.

I’m so pumped for this film and a big reason why is because I want to see her adversary, Taskmaster, in action because he seems like a bad***.

Plus, it just looks like this is going to be a good movie.
