Here’s the First Excerpt of My New Book: PIL: The Assassin

For the past two years I have made sure to debut a new YA-fantasy book at the beginning of spring. Well, it’s almost spring, I’ve got a new book coming out in exactly three weeks, and I couldn’t be more thrilled.

Two years ago, PIL was the first book I had ever published, and the response was exhilarating. I was astounded by the feedback I received for the book, and it validated my love for writing and finally being an official author.

Now, two years later, I’m releasing the sequel to that first book of The Women of Adalor Saga: PIL: The Assassin.

There’s Apparently Going to Be a ‘Dune 3’ So I Read ‘Dune: Messiah’

Recently the second trailer for Dune: Part Two arrived online to raucous approval thanks to its incredible visuals and sheer epicness. Those who haven’t read the book were astounded by what they were seeing in the trailer, and those who have read the book (I’ve read it) could see all of the perfectly adapted details sprinkled throughout the trailer, which made it that much more exciting.

As the trailer was released it was revealed that yes, Dune would become a trilogy under Denis Villenueve’s direction, with the third film being adapted from Dune: Messiah. As soon as I learned this news I got to work, ordering a copy of the novel on Kindle and subsequently finishing the book in three days. Suffice it to say. I was astounded by the story’s tonal difference, its complexity, and its jaw-dropping conclusion.

ANNABELLE is Available Now!

Yes, it’s finally here, folks! I’ve just released my second (yes, my second!) short novel, and I can’t believe it. This is such an exciting moment for me. Having worked on this story for so long, for it to finally be available for all of you to read fills me with so much happiness.
